about posy goods

first things first, thanks for being here! posy goods started in the summer of 2022 after leaving my full-time job at a nonprofit to become a full-time mama. the name posy goods comes from my love for the word posy (n.) a small bunch of flowers.

in chicago, i had my own little garden full of native + edible flowers, where my love for flower preservation really flourished. i began teaching myself how to: press flowers, make flower pressed goods, and learn from my mistakes working with resin. it’s mostly been trial and error, but that’s the beauty in flower pressing.

i am a huge advocate for implementing sustainable practices where i can. i make small batches of my pressed flower goods. everything is one of one. i will source deadstock + vintage jewelry components, use plantable wildflower seed paper for display cards, etc.

never in my wildest dreams did i think posy goods would be a small business, but here we are + i can’t wait to share it with all of you. seriously so grateful! i truly love preserving flowers.

merci beaucoup,

christina

my name is christina, but some people call me tina. i’m an introvert, gemini, and have a passion for fashion (insert bratz theme song). i am originally from cincinnati with a skyline chili obsession. most people would say i have the soul of a grandma. i love being a wife + mom, gardening, thrifting, getting coffee and pastries, and enjoying this season of life having an asian, women-owned small business.
