FAQs

  • where do you source your flowers?

most of the flowers come from my small garden in oak park. if i am looking for certain flowers, i typically buy them from farmers markets and trader joes. another way i will source flowers is by foraging around the neighborhood. when the growing season is over, i look on etsy for the best quality pressed flowers. it’s expensive, but worth it.

  • what resin are you using to preserve the flowers?

i normally use both epoxy and uv resin for my work. i will say that both have their pros + cons, but i like to use uv resin for smaller pieces.

  • do you allow returns/refunds?

unfortunately not at this time, however; if something i shipped was broken in transport or an item wasn’t cured properly i will happily fix/replace item for free :)

  • shipping outside of illinois?

omg, yes! if you see something you love, but live out of state please don’t let that stop you. i am more than willing to ship it to you in the u.s.

  • are the metals/materials used hypoallergenic?

yes, thank you for asking! all of my earring and necklace findings are either: gold-plated, gold-filled, silver, silver-plated, and are nickel free.

  • can we buy the flower charms?

i have been getting so many questions about this at markets. honestly i should. for right now, my answer is maybe. i make everything in small batches, but if i have enough leftover i would be down to sell them individually or as an add on.
